By signing up for any service with Blink Smart, you agree to abide by these policies.


1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain a stable and secure environment, you must not use our services for:

  • Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, or spam

  • Engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity

  • Hosting adult content, hate speech, or copyrighted material without permission

  • Overusing server resources beyond acceptable shared limits (see plan descriptions)

Blink Smart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.


2. Resource Usage Policy

  • All shared, business, and WordPress hosting plans are governed by fair usage limits.

  • Excessive CPU, RAM, or storage usage may result in temporary throttling or resource limits.

  • Websites consuming more than their allocated resources may be advised to upgrade to a higher-tier plan (Business, Cloud, or VPS Hosting).


3. Data Backup Policy

  • We provide automated weekly backups for all hosting accounts as a courtesy.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups for critical data.

  • Blink Smart is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen hardware failure, user error, or malicious activity.


4. Email & Spam Policy

  • Unsolicited bulk emailing (spam) is strictly prohibited on all hosting plans.

  • Any domain found sending spam may be blacklisted or suspended without refund.

  • SMTP limits may apply to shared and WordPress hosting accounts to ensure server performance.


5. Payment and Billing

  • Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension after a 5-day grace period.

  • Domains not renewed on time may enter redemption and incur additional recovery fees.

  • We accept payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, and other supported methods.


6. Account Termination & Suspension

Blink Smart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

  • Violates our terms, acceptable use policy, or resource limits

  • Attempts to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access

  • Remains unpaid for more than 15 days after due date

Data on terminated accounts may be permanently deleted.


7. Support Policy

  • Blink Smart provides 24/7 technical support via ticket, live chat, and email.

  • We do not provide support for third-party applications or scripts beyond installation.

  • Custom development, SEO, or design work may be billed separately or referred to our web development team.


8. Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, plan features, or platform architecture as needed.

  • Any major changes will be communicated via email or your client dashboard.


9. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing your website and login credentials.

  • Always keep your CMS (e.g., WordPress), plugins, and themes updated.

  • Misuse or negligence resulting in compromise (e.g., hacked site) may incur recovery charges.


10. Policy Updates

These Standard Policies may be revised at any time. Updated policies will be published on this page and are considered binding once posted.
