These terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by Blink Smart, including web hosting, domain registration, web design, and support.

• “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the person or organization using our services.
• “Services” means all offerings including web hosting, domain registration, web design, email, and related support.

2. Eligibility

To use Blink Smart services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Not be in violation of any local, national, or international laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, phishing scams, or spam.
• Storing or sharing illegal content (child pornography, pirated software, etc.).
• Engaging in abusive behavior or excessive server resource usage.
• Attacking other servers, networks, or websites.
• Violating copyright or trademark laws.

Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

5. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime. While we take all necessary measures to ensure availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, which will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Payments & Billing

• All services must be paid in advance via supported payment methods.
• Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.
• Invoices must be paid within the due date to avoid interruption.
• Domain names are not registered until full payment is received.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Hosting accounts may be eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee, excluding domains, SSLs, and design services.
• No refunds for domain registration, renewal, or third-party services.
• Clients may cancel services at any time via the client portal.

8. Domain Name Services

• Domain availability is not guaranteed until it is registered and confirmed.
• You are responsible for keeping domain contact details up to date.
• Expired domains may enter a redemption period with additional fees.

9. Web Design Services

• Blink Smart provides web design as a custom service. Final deliverables, timelines, and costs are discussed and agreed upon in writing.
• Client cooperation and content delivery are essential to meeting deadlines.
• We reserve the right to use samples in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

10. Data & Backups

• We take regular backups for shared and WordPress hosting, but clients are also responsible for their own backups.
• Blink Smart is not liable for data loss due to force majeure, user error, or third-party service failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Blink Smart shall not be held liable for:
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Downtime or business interruptions
• Our maximum liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by the customer for one (1) month of service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blink Smart, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:

• You violate our Terms or AUP
• You are involved in illegal or abusive activities
• Payment is not received in time
• Requested by law enforcement or court order

14. Modifications to Terms

Blink Smart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert City, Pakistan].
